Q. Why are some surveillance electronics so much more expensive than consumer electronics?
A. Consumer electronics are manufactured in huge quantities. Our high quality, low volume production does not benefit from the same economy of scale.

Q. My application is one off. Do you hire equipment?
A. We do sometimes hire equipment with a deposit taken against non-return and also sometimes have ex-demo products that can be purchased inexpensively.

Q. What happens if I purchase goods from you and they don't do the job I hoped for or I can't use them?
A. Return them in original condition. We will credit, exchange for more suitable equipment or in some cases return your money. Please phone if you are not certain of the use of equipment prio rto an order being placed for this refund policy to apply. All goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition for a full refund otherwise restocking fees apply.

Q. Is the equipment tax deductible and VAT recoverable?
A. Yes, normal business rules apply.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Q. Could anybody discover that I purchased from your Company?
A. No our records are highly confidential and secure.

Q. Does the appearance of your invoice cause embarrassment?
A. Absolutely not. There is no reference to the type of product, just that it is electronics.

About the Law

Q. Is it legal to purchase this type of surveillance equipment?
A. Yes.

Q. Can the taped evidence be used in court?
A. Yes, in many cases. Seek professional legal advice.

Q. Is it legal to use the equipment in the UK ?
A. It is legal to use much of the equipment in the UK and Europe but items transmitting on certain frequencies can be illegal to operate in some countries. Please seek advice if you are not exporting the items.

Q. Is it legal to use audio transmitting / surveillance in the USA.
A. No, since 1981 it has been illegal to use audio surveillance equipment but not video equipment. We will only accept orders for legitimate equipment for delivery direct to the USA.

Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. Yes, with very few exceptions.

Q. How do you accept payment?
A. By credit card or bankers transfer (TT/SWIFT).

Q. How much will it cost?
A. Please send us an enquiry to request a price for the items you require to be shipped and a quote in your currency.

Installation

Q. Do you install transmitters?
A. Yes, if you supply the host item (phone, lamp, TV etc.) we fit the device in our own workshops.

Q. Can you recommend a field engineer to install?
A. No. You shouldn't need one. Equipment is extremely easy to install and use.

Other Products

Q. If I want to buy a product not manufactured by you, will you tell me where to purchase it?
A. Yes and we should be able to source it for you.

Q. Do rifle microphones work?
A. Generally, no.

Q. Do laser microphones work?
A. Yes but they are very expensive and we do not normally stock them.

Q. Can digital mobile phones be intercepted?
A. Yes but we do not supply these devices. Government has access to the technology.

Guarantees & After Sales Service

Q. How long are the products guaranteed ?
A. One to two years unconditionally depending upon the equipment.

Q. If I need service, how long does it take ?
A. Usually it is a next day turn-around.

Q. What happens after the warranty period ?
A. Service is very fast and at low cost - often no cost.

Q. What happens if I cancel my order?
A. As this is not a standard retail business and often labour has been
undertaken, a 50% charge may occur.
